Everybody needs a bear hug! Beauregard the Valentine Bear by Jennifer Paganelli and Carla Hegeman Crim is one of the most adorable a DIY projects to make this year. You can whip up one in a jiffy faster than you can say Goldilocks.

You can find a free pattern of Beauregard the Valentine Bear on Sew Mama Sew's February 2012 True Love sew-along. The pattern comes in three sizes. I made mine in medium as it's the perfect size for hugging while watching tv, playing games on the computer or taking a nap.
