• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 1 tablespoon chai spice powder (I used Muscat Blend's Indian blend chai spice)
• Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper ( I used the m brand peppercorn medley)
• 1 large egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
• 2 cups all-purpose flor
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Cinnamon sugar for rolling (equal parts sugar and cinnamon) 
• 1 teabag chai tea 

• 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
• 3 tablespoons whole milk
• Ground nutmeg for sprinkling over glaze

Recently, a friend sent me a box of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, a seasonal treat that instantly fills the kitchen with all the warm, nostalgic aromas of autumn. I simply added half a stick of butter, one egg, and a teaspoon of cold Dehusk coconut milk, then baked the cookies according to the package instructions. The result? Soft, fragrant, and absolutely delicious—perfect with a cup of tea on a quiet afternoon.

Bánh Tiêu Vietname Donut Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 packet yeast (included in donut mix)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 150 ml water

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine 1 packet yeast with water and sugar.

2. Add donut flour.

3. Mix and knead flour for 10 minutes until well combined.

4. Form into a bowl and put in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

5. Let sit for 1 hour.

6. Form into round, flattened disk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

7. Deep fry until golden brown. Enjoy while hot!

FUDGE BROWNIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup (43g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon espresso powder 
• 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter
• 2 Tablespoons (28ml) vegetable oil 
• 1 and 3/4 cup granulated sugar 
• 2 large large eggs 
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract optional, but recommended 
• 3/4 cup (128 grams) chocolate chips
