Recipe: Cheddar Cheese Scones
I am always an epic failure when it comes to baking scones. My scones always lack the that fluffy, lumpy, almost flaky texture so characteristic of this type of quick bread. Anyway, my version tasted like cheese pizza crust which is great thing actually. I may have to roll it out really thin next time and garnish it with pizza toppings. Talk about killing two birds with one rolling pin. LOL!
I hope your scones turn out better than mine.
