Flora and Fauna: The art of Raxenne Maniquiz
I found the most beautiful planner/diary while shopping for journals during the holidays. It's a limited edition planner that features exotic flora and fauna artwork created by Filipina artist Raxenne Maniquiz. I know this type of planner sells out fast so I didn't think twice buying it. After the year is over, the planner can still be used as a botanical/nature scrapbook or a nice decorative accent on a bookshelf. I love the grainy, painterly rendition of unique Philippine foliage and flowers that seem to jump right out of the page!
A few months later, a gift wrapper book featuring the same flora and fauna became available. Of course, I had to buy it too as I'm pretty sure it will sell out as fast.
I don't intend to use this as a gift wrapper as it is a gift in itself!
