Sweet Tidings Sponsor Giveaway: Tea and Ceremony

Sandra, the creative mind behind the shop has always been an artistic and crafty gal, having had studied art through school and has gained a lot of formal experience in oil painting, 3D design, woodwork, photography, pottery, bookbinding, screen printing, textiles, etching, block printing and graphic design just to name a few. Sandra has this to say about her shop and her handmade items:
I’ve managed to whittle myself down to just two creative personalitieswith regards to my Etsy shop – folk inspired illustration and paper cutpieces. I’ve always liked retro Scandinavian folk prints and havestruggled to create designs in a style that both incorporates this butis also my own, something that I am just learning to do now.
I havealways had a strange fascination for silhouettes, pop-up books andpaper cutting so came up with some 3D cards that brought these thingstogether. I actually designed and made the Winter Wonderland cards lastyear and they were popular but I couldn’t keep up with demand due tothe time consuming method of making the cards. This year I have a moreefficient method to make these cards and was featured in one of Etsy’sStorque articles with one of the designs. I have already sold a goodfew of these in October and they are currently definitely my mostpopular item.
